How can we help?

On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then PrepNest Pro, and tap Cancel Subscription. You can also get there from the app: Profile → PrepNest Pro → Manage subscription. You keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for.

Apple handles every payment, so refunds are requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We can't issue refunds ourselves, but we're happy to help if something went wrong.

Open Profile → PrepNest Pro and tap Restore purchases, signed in with the Apple account you subscribed with. That also brings Pro to a new phone.

In the app, go to Profile → Your account → Delete account. Everything we hold about you is deleted straight away, including any connected store account. Deleting your account doesn't cancel a PrepNest Pro subscription, since Apple bills it: cancel that in Settings as above.

PrepNest checks every ingredient in every recipe against the allergies and diets you choose, and leaves out anything that conflicts. But it can't see inside store products or kitchens, so always read the label on everything you buy, and follow your doctor's advice.

Prices marked "Live price" come straight from your store. Where a store doesn't publish prices, or we couldn't match an item, we show our estimate and say so. Prices can change, and the price you pay at the store is the one that counts.

With PrepNest Pro and a Kroger-family store chosen, connect your account on Groceries (you sign in on Kroger's own page; we never see your password), then tap Send to my cart. Kroger's cart can't have items removed from PrepNest, so check the list first. You choose pickup or delivery and pay in the Kroger app.

Check your spam or junk folder, and that the email address is spelled right. Codes expire after a while, so ask for a new one if it's been more than an hour.
